I enjoy working with people whose symptoms haven't responded as expected to previous treatment or whose presentation isn't straightforward. I often find that taking the time to listen carefully, perform a thorough examination, and thoughtfully work through the problem together helps uncover opportunities that weren't previously apparent. I draw from current evidence and a variety of treatment approaches to develop a plan tailored to your individual needs and goals.

When appropriate, conservative treatment may improve symptoms enough that surgery is unnecessary. When surgery is the best option, physical therapy can help you prepare beforehand and recover afterward. Part of my role is also recognizing when your symptoms suggest that additional medical evaluation or referral is appropriate.
