I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University and have spent most of my career practicing in an outpatient orthopedic setting associated with a surgical group. I've worked extensively with people recovering from surgery, preparing for surgery, and exploring non-operative options for managing orthopedic conditions.

I also led my organization's education program, facilitating discussions between physicians and physical therapists and helping promote evidence-based clinical practice. Staying current with research is an important part of how I care for my patients and I work well with healthcare providers in other disciplines.

Currently, I’m operating a small practice that allows the time and flexibility I need for thorough evaluation and treatment of patients who benefit from more time and attention.

Outside of my work, I enjoy gardening, exploring delicious food, and spending time with my dog and cat.
